We offer FREE worldwide shipping on order above $100 Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. For faster delivery, express shipping (2-3 days) is available at checkout for select regions. We process and ship orders within 24 hours.

What if I don't love my purchase? +

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

For damaged parcel claims, we strongly recommend recording a full unboxing video while opening the package. This helps us verify transit-related damage and process replacements or resolutions faster.

Please note:

  • Items that show signs of use, intentional damage, misuse, or normal wear may not qualify for refunds or replacements.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Return approval is subject to product inspection and verification.
